Europe’s largest electronics retailer Media Markt debuts instore interactive 'buy and win' promotion with Luckycycle

Media Markt Belgium has debuted a new type of multichannel promotional campaign, offering customers the chance to win their purchases for free. Europe's undisputed number one consumer electronics retailer, partnered with promotions technology Luckycycle to initially install interactive kiosks in 24 stores in Belgium. Media Markt understands that rewarding customers across all channels is becoming increasingly important. They are the first retailer to use Luckycycle’s promotional technology offline and they have experienced much success.

Interactive kiosks with embedded iPads were installed into 24 physical stores

Customers were eager to participate and also signup to Media Markt’s loyalty programme. More than 400 customers won their purchases for free.
